2. Responsibilities of Clients
2.1 Health and Fitness: Participants must be in good health and physical condition to join our tours and hikes. It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements.
2.2 Travel Documents: You are responsible for obtaining any necessary visas, passports, and other travel documents required for your trip.
2.3 Behaviour: You are expected to follow our guides’ instructions and behave responsibly during the tour or hike. Hike Central – Nyeri reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the tour or poses a risk to themselves or others.
3. Responsibilities of Hike Central – Nyeri
3.1 Tour Itinerary: We will make every effort to adhere to the tour or hike itinerary, but we reserve the right to make changes due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns.
3.2 Safety: We prioritize the safety of our participants. Our guides are trained to make informed decisions regarding tour or hike modifications in response to weather conditions and other factors.
4. Liability
4.1 Limitation of Liability: Hike Central – Nyeri is not liable for any personal injury, death, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour or hike. I draw your attention to the fact that there are certain inherent dangers involved with adventure hikes, and the client accepts them at his/her own risk
4.2 Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance or personal accident insurance to cover any unforeseen events, cancellations, or medical emergencies.
